  • For the purpose of evaluating, improving and ensuring the quality of service – store no longer than 2 (two) years from the date of receipt of consent or until the consent is withdrawn.
  • For the purposes of resolving inquiries, disputes with users – store no longer than 2 (two) years from the end of the dispute, and in the case of a full or partial refund of the goods – no longer than 10 (ten) years from the date of refund.

When and with whom do we share your personal information?

We may need to share your personal information for these subjects:
